Enjoy the entire first floor of this 19th century historic house, formerly known as Green Shingles Inn, during the months of May through October.  We're located on the main street across from the bay, a short walk to Agate Beach and the eastern gateway to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.

Three bedrooms, two baths, large kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet meal, formal dining room, large living room and a great porch to watch the town.  All linens and towels provided.  Washer and dryer on-site.

Main street location provides convenient access to restaurants, brewery and shopping, so park your car and walk everywhere.

Sunrises are a great way to start each day from the living room or sitting on the porch.

We have an abundance of things to see and do in our area.  Enjoy the pristine sand beaches on the bay one block away, or the hunt for agates on Agate Beach just up the street.  Enjoy a beautiful walk on one of the many trails around town or in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.  Kayaking and mountain biking are favorite sports in the area. An abundance of fishing is available, from inland lakes to pristine brook trout streams to Lake Superior. 

Enjoy the winter sports with 200+ inches of snow each year.  Ski on groomed cross-country ski trails or snowshoe in the National Park and School Forest. 

Rates:
Daily (three night minimum) or weekly rates available.  Rates based on the number of people and time of year.  Rates start at $125.00 per night or $750.00 per week.

This is a non-smoking residence.

Not available November through April.
